Personal data prosessing policy

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), we provide the following information:

2. Categories of personal data

The data processed mainly includes information provided by participants in the registration form, namely: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, company/organization, job title.

 

3. Purpose of processing

 Personal data is processed for the purpose of:

  • organizing and administering the Women in Aviation event, keeping records of participants, communicating with participants,

  • fulfilling the controller's legal obligations (in particular tax and accounting obligations).

 

4. Photographs and audiovisual recordings

Photographs and audiovisual recordings may be taken during the event. These materials may be used to present and promote the controller's activities in both online and offline environments.

 

5. Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on:

  • the consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR),

  • the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), in particular in the case of taking and publishing photographs and audiovisual recordings.

 

6. Retention period

Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose, for a maximum of 3 years, unless consent is revoked earlier.

 

7. Recipients of data

Personal data may be made available to IT service providers and other processors involved in the organization of the event, always in accordance with the GDPR.

 

8. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
