Who we are? 

We are women whose life, work and interests are related to aviation. Also, we are companies that contribute to the sustainable development of aviation. We are a community of people and entities that collaborate, share experiences, inspire each other, support and grow together.


About us

Women in Aviation (Czech Republic) is an officially registered association since September 2024. Our main mission is to build a platform for mutual communication, inspiration and sharing of work experiences. We want to support all women working in aviation, motivate them to grow and attract the next generation of women who will strengthen role of women in aviation in the future. 

We represent individuals and companies who contribute on development of aviation in the Czech Republic.

Marta Guthová
Chairwoman of the Committee

Since 2022, she has been CEO of the Czech Aviation Training Centre (CATC), a training centre for pilots, cabin crew, technicians and other aviation professionals. In the past, she has held a number of positions, including on the board of directors at Prague Airport and Czech Aeroholding. Half of her professional career, outside of aviation, has been spent working in investment, retail, and real estate companies. She has experience primarily in crisis management, finding human potential, balancing managerial work with family life, and breaking down prejudices.

Miloslava Mezerová

Since 2008, she has been the Director of the Human Resources and Logistics Department at the Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic, where she has worked since 1998. First as Head of the Labour and Payroll Department and then as Director of the Human Resources and Finance Division. She graduated from the University of Economics, Faculty of Business. She is happy to pass on her experience to potential candidates for a job in aviation, especially in the field of leading people and teams, conflict resolution and successful negotiation.

Eva Krejčí

Since 2021, she has been serving as Director of Communication and Marketing at Prague Airport, where she had previously held a similar position between 2006 and 2014. In the interim, she led communication at Czech Post for four years and has specialized in the field of transport and logistics throughout her entire career. She graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University.As a mentor, she enjoys helping others develop communication skills, lead teams, and discover their authentic presentation style. She believes in effective, human-focused, and sustainable team operations. She is happy to support those who wish to grow and move forward—not only professionally, but also personally.

Women in Aviation as a Network Partner of the Equal Pay Day CampaiGN.

We are proud that Women in Aviation has become a network partner of the Equal Pay Day campaign – a nationwide project dedicated to equal opportunities

and remuneration for women and men in the labor market.

As a network partner, we share common values of supporting women in their professional lives, exchanging experiences, and building strong professional networks. Together with other organizations, we are involved in promoting topics that help advance equality and the development of female leadership in various fields, including aviation.

Women in Aviation Czech Republic became a member of Women in Aviation International.

Women in Aviation Internationalofficially joined one of the largest non-profit organizations in the worldWomen in Aviation International, which was founded in 1990,has more than 20,000 members in 120 countries,including 300 of the world's leading aerospace companies.

Legal entities can register as a member (for a fee and with a guarantee of attendance at events). 
If you are interested in joining the Women in Aviation Association, as an INDIVIDUAL:
Natural persons can become friends of the association free of charge. Due to the nature of the association's activities, the number of participants in some events is very limited. This status will ensure you the opportunity to participate, capacity permitting.
