Marta Guthová

Alice Justina Undus

Since 2021, she has been the CEO of Karlovy Vary International Airport. Previously, she was Vice President of External Relations and PR at Aero Vodochody, Managing Director of the Prague office of SAAB AB, Director of Offset Programs at BAE Systems Ltd., Prague office and also Executive Director of the Confederation of the Czech Aviation Industry. She also served as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Prague Airport and was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Czech Aviation Training Centre. She can offer experience of working for a corporation abroad, combining managerial and maternal roles and the position of a woman in a predominantly male profession.

Alena Medová

Since 2022, she has served as Chairman of the Board of Aircraft Industries and Advisor to the President of Omnipol Group. She has been working in the defence industry since 2012, when she joined the state-owned company LOM Praha. There she was responsible for international trade with francophone countries and later NATO projects in Afghanistan. She can offer experiences in the field of international trade, business negotiations, production company management and crisis management, but also on the topic of combining career and family and the position of women in a predominantly male environment.

Eva Krejčí

Zuzana Janatová

She is currently the HR Director of Czech Airlines Technics, a company that services Airbus and Boeing aircraft at Prague Airport. Prior to that, she worked at Prague Airport, and has been in the human resources industry for her entire career. She started in recruitment on the side of employment agency Grafton, then moved into the energy sector within GE Energy, and also tried her hand at the FMCG world at Plzeňský Prazdroj. She therefore has a wealth of experience in HR that she is happy to pass on to her current and potential colleagues.

Jana Sochorová

Jana has been working at Prague Airport for almost 30 years. She originally worked for Czech Airlines in the passenger check-in and automated check-in management team. In 2012, she became pax handling manager and in 2022 she moved to the role of Director. In 2024, she became a member of the Board of Directors of Czech Airlines Handling. She has always been dedicated to the care and training of new employees on check-in systems, product and customer communication in the new colleague adaptation program. Jana considers it important for those interested in working in aviation to be able to grow in their careers, especially to have a proactive approach, to strengthen motivation and self-confidence, not to be afraid to share own mistakes and to listen to each other.

 

Eva Krejčí

Eva Mojžíšková

Regional Finance Director for Central and Eastern Europe at the international firm Parker Hannifin. She has also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Price Waterhouse. She actively supports the career development of women and leads the PeerW programme on this topic, including the development and involvement of women in employment, business and industry. She can offer experience not only in industry finance and financial advisory, but also in communicating at all levels of the company, supporting teams and promoting well-being in personal and professional life.


Renata Cvrčková

Renata Cvrčková

Since 2004, she has been working at the Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic, where she is currently the Head of the HR and Payroll Department. Her entire professional career has been in the field of human resources and education. She has completed an accredited training programme ‘professional coach’, which was conducted in accordance with the requirements for coach skills declared by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She can offer her experiences in leading teams and motivating them to work with and reach their full potential.

She works as Head of controlling at the Czech Aviation Training Centre.
She has held various economic and financial positions in companies such as Omnipol, Unilever, Aero Vodochody and Czech Airlines.
She is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague and is in charge of financial control in the Women in Aviation Association.  


Renata Cvrčková

Marta Koukolová

Marta Koukolová has been Global Customer Experience Director at Honeywell since 2021. In her role, she focuses on managing customer service across the entire supply chain - from ordering processes, to optimizing systems, to improving customer satisfaction. She has worked her entire professional life in the aerospace industry where she has held a number of management positions within Integrated Supply Chain. She has experiences in purchasing, materials management, internal audit and program management. She can offer extensive experience in team leadership and assistance in optimizing work processes or advise on how to achieve professional growth. She would like to inspire towards an innovative thinking and strategic planning.

Lenka Rašková

Since 2021, she has been working at Avio Aero Praha (formerly GE Aviation Czech) as Communications Specialist and Executive Assistant. She focuses on communication, coordination of various types of events and support for the management of Avio Aero. She is interested in women's issues, for example in the Women Network employee group. She currently studies at the Metropolitan University in Prague in the Anglophone Studies program.
