Marta Guthová
Since 2022, Marta has been the CEO of the Czech Aviation Training Centre (CATC), a training centre for pilots, cabin crew, technicians and other aviation professionals. In the past she held a number of positions at Prague Airport, including Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors responsible for Sales and Corporate Services. Prior to that, she was a member of the Board of Directors at Czech Aeroholding. Half of her professional career, outside aviation, she worked in investment, retail and real estate companies. She has experiences mainly in crisis management, finding human potential, combining managerial work with family and breaking down prejudices.
Miloslava Mezerová
Since 2008, she has been the Director of the Human Resources and Logistics Department at the Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic, where she has worked since 1998. First as Head of the Labour and Payroll Department and then as Director of the Human Resources and Finance Division. She graduated from the University of Economics, Faculty of Business. She is happy to pass on her experience to potential candidates for a job in aviation, especially in the field of leading people and teams, conflict resolution and successful negotiation.
Eva Krejčí
Since 2021, she has been serving as Director of Communication and Marketing at Prague Airport, where she had previously held a similar position between 2006 and 2014. In the interim, she led communication at Czech Post for four years and has specialized in the field of transport and logistics throughout her entire career. She graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University.
As a mentor, she enjoys helping others develop communication skills, lead teams, and discover their authentic presentation style. She believes in effective, human-focused, and sustainable team operations. She is happy to support those who wish to grow and move forward—not only professionally, but also personally.
Alice Justina Undus
Since 2021, she has been the CEO of Karlovy Vary International Airport. Previously, she was Vice President of External Relations and PR at Aero Vodochody, Managing Director of the Prague office of SAAB AB, Director of Offset Programs at BAE Systems Ltd., Prague office and also Executive Director of the Confederation of the Czech Aviation Industry. She also served as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Prague Airport and was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Czech Aviation Training Centre. She can offer experience of working for a corporation abroad, combining managerial and maternal roles and the position of a woman in a predominantly male profession.
Alena Medová
Since 2022, she has served as Chairman of the Board of Aircraft Industries and Advisor to the President of Omnipol Group. She has been working in the defence industry since 2012, when she joined the state-owned company LOM Praha. There she was responsible for international trade with francophone countries and later NATO projects in Afghanistan. She can offer experiences in the field of international trade, business negotiations, production company management and crisis management, but also on the topic of combining career and family and the position of women in a predominantly male environment.
Zuzana Janatová
She is currently the HR Director of Czech Airlines Technics, a company that services Airbus and Boeing aircraft at Prague Airport. Prior to that, she worked at Prague Airport, and has been in the human resources industry for her entire career. She started in recruitment on the side of employment agency Grafton, then moved into the energy sector within GE Energy, and also tried her hand at the FMCG world at Plzeňský Prazdroj. She therefore has a wealth of experience in HR that she is happy to pass on to her current and potential colleagues.
Jana Sochorová
Jana has been working at Prague Airport for almost 30 years. She originally worked for Czech Airlines in the passenger check-in and automated check-in management team. In 2012, she became pax handling manager and in 2022 she moved to the role of Director. In 2024, she became a member of the Board of Directors of Czech Airlines Handling. She has always been dedicated to the care and training of new employees on check-in systems, product and customer communication in the new colleague adaptation program. Jana considers it important for those interested in working in aviation to be able to grow in their careers, especially to have a proactive approach, to strengthen motivation and self-confidence, not to be afraid to share own mistakes and to listen to each other.
Eva Mojžíšková
Regional Finance Director for Central and Eastern Europe at the international firm Parker Hannifin. She has also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Price Waterhouse. She actively supports the career development of women and leads the PeerW programme on this topic, including the development and involvement of women in employment, business and industry. She can offer experience not only in industry finance and financial advisory, but also in communicating at all levels of the company, supporting teams and promoting well-being in personal and professional life.
Renata Cvrčková
Since 2004, she has been working at the Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic, where she is currently the Head of the HR and Payroll Department. Her entire professional career has been in the field of human resources and education. She has completed an accredited training programme ‘professional coach’, which was conducted in accordance with the requirements for coach skills declared by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She can offer her experiences in leading teams and motivating them to work with and reach their full potential.
Marta Koukolová
Marta Koukolová has been Global Customer Experience Director at Honeywell since 2021. In her role, she focuses on managing customer service across the entire supply chain - from ordering processes, to optimizing systems, to improving customer satisfaction. She has worked her entire professional life in the aerospace industry where she has held a number of management positions within Integrated Supply Chain. She has experiences in purchasing, materials management, internal audit and program management. She can offer extensive experience in team leadership and assistance in optimizing work processes or advise on how to achieve professional growth. She would like to inspire towards an innovative thinking and strategic planning.
Pavla Chramostová
Founder and Managing Director of R-BAG Czech, which she built in 2004. With over 20 years of experience in air cargo transportation and logistics, she focuses on strategic leadership, building strong business relationships and developing effective teams. She enjoys sharing and passing on her experience to colleagues across European offices and to the women in the business she wants to support and give them the courage to do things their own way. Her domain is international business cooperation.
Olga Malá
She has been working in aviation for almost thirty-five years. In 2023, she joined Golden Support as CEO after three years of working on the development of the Skyline Airline module. In the past, she has also worked in various key roles at Czech Airlines - leading the Cargo Revenue Accounting team, participating in the implementation of Skyline systems and involved in many projects across the cargo operation. Professional growth, she says, is all about setting achievable goals, moving on in steps and not losing direction. She also likes to pass on her experience in how to set goals that make sense, how not to burn out during the upward career journey, and how to overcome fear of the unknown.
Lenka Naxerová
Since 2024, she has been working in the legal department of Air Traffic Management of the Czech Republic, s. p., where she focuses primarily on legal support in the area of commercial contracts and public procurement. Prior to that, she worked for many years as a lawyer specializing in commercial and real estate law at an international and prominent Czech law firm, where she also participated in the management of large-scale acquisition and real estate projects. Thanks to her professional career, she can share her experience, particularly in the areas of balancing a career and motherhood, work efficiency and organization, and setting clear work procedures and processes.
Andrea techmanová
Since 2022, she has been a senior partner at a company specializing in executive search, where she builds relationships with key clients, leads CXO executive search projects on a local and pan-European scale, and works closely with boards of directors, CEOs, senior management teams, and HR leaders to find executives. She has more than 20 years of practical management experience and knowledge from leading positions in Czech and foreign corporations, private equity funds, public services, and the private sector in the Czech Republic and Slovakia in the financial services, air transport, and tourism segments, including serving on boards of directors and supervisory boards. She studied business economics and has completed a number of prestigious courses in management, leadership, communication, corporate governance, negotiation skills, quality management, lean management, and is a graduate of individual and team coaching training. Her comprehensive managerial perspective and practical and leadership knowledge across various fields form a unique set of experiences that she can share with you.
Martin Dvořák
Member of the Board of Directors of Czech Airlines Technics, a.s., where he is responsible for sales, strategic development, HR, and IT.
Within the company, he actively supports education, mentoring, and the recruitment of new talent, including the involvement of women in technical and managerial roles in aviation. Under his leadership, development projects focused on career growth, qualifications, and the long-term sustainability of professional occupations in the aviation industry are being created.
As a mentor, he offers a practical perspective that combines strategic management with the everyday reality of aircraft maintenance and personal experience in leading teams and projects across various types of organizations.
JANA kULOVÁ
Since 2016, she has been involved in the creation of operational manuals for air operators and in the field of aviation legislation. For almost six years, she collaborated with NGFT Solutions on an automated database of aviation regulations and automated manuals. She studied Economics and Air Transport Operations in Žilina and has worked in various segments of aviation during her career, including aircraft manufacturing, aircraft maintenance, and air rescue services. She currently focuses on compliance and safety. Thanks to the support she received at the beginning, she now enjoys supporting others. She offers mentoring in the areas of operational manual writing, legislation, compliance monitoring, and safety management.
Soňa Hykyšová
Soňa Hykyšová serves as Director of Environment, Sustainability, and ESG at Prague Airport. She has gained insight into the field of sustainability from various perspectives, ranging from the nonprofit sector, through education and research, certification and consulting, and the development of new environmental services, to the implementation of sustainability within a large organization.
For the Prague Airport Group, she leads a team of specialists and operational staff responsible for corporate environmental protection, aircraft noise, the ESG agenda, waste management operations, the border veterinary station, and major accident prevention. She is actively involved in both international and national professional platforms in this field. She is a graduate of the Czech University of Life Sciences (ČZU) and holds an MBA with a focus on sustainability.
As a mentor, she enjoys sharing her experience on how to find and maintain direction in one’s career, even when moving between different environments. She helps others navigate their options, adapt to change, and take from each experience what makes sense for the next step.
