REGISTRation and payment
Participation in the AFTER TAKE-OFF conference requires registration via the online form.
Registration takes place in two simple steps:
1. Fill out the registration form. It takes about 2 minutes to complete the registration form. The form will display payment details, including a QR code for paying the registration fee.
2. Make the payment. Pay the registration fee using the QR code or via bank transfer according to the payment details displayed. Student – 199 CZK | Other participants – 499 CZK.
(If you are an employee of a company that is a member of the Women in Aviation association, do not fill out the registration form. Your company’s contact person will handle your registration. If you are unsure whether your company is a member of the association, contact your internal coordinator or email: event@zenyvletectvi.cz).
When making the payment, please enter the following in the “Message for Recipient” field: “conference” followed by your first and last name. This will allow us to correctly match your payment to your registration.
Registration is considered complete once the payment has been credited to the organizer’s account. Within 10 business days of the payment being credited, we will send you a registration confirmation to the email address provided in the registration form.
6. Changes to the Program The organizer reserves the right to change the program, schedule, or speakers.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund of the admission fee.
7. Cancellation of the Conference In the event that the organizer cancels the conference, the admission fee paid will be refunded in full to the account from which the payment was made.
8. Protection of Personal Data As the data controller, the organizer processes participants’ personal data to the extent necessary for concluding and fulfilling the contract for participation in the AFTER TAKE-OFF conference, organizing the event, communication, payment of fees, and compliance with legal obligations. 9. Participant’s Consent By submitting the registration form, the participant confirms that: the information provided is true, they have read these registration terms and conditions, and they agree to their terms.
