REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONFERENCE AFTER TAKE-OFF
These terms and conditions govern registration and participation in the AFTER TAKE-OFF conference, organized by the association Women in Aviation, z. s., which will take place on October 8, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. t 5:30 p.m. in the Congress Hall at Václav Havel Airport Prague.
1. Organizer: The organizer of the AFTER TAKE-OFF conference is the association Ženy v letectví, z. s. Ženy v letectví, z. s. ID No.: 22015922 Registered Office: Jana Kašpara 1069/1, 16100, Prague

2. Registration: Registration is conducted via an online registration form.
Registration is considered complete after: filling out the registration form, paying the participation fee (for paid tickets), and the payment being credited to the organizer’s account.
The number of spots is limited. Acceptance is determined by the order in which payments are credited.
3. Admission Fee: Students: 199 CZK. Other participants: 499 CZK. Employees of member companies of the Women in Aviation association must register through a designated contact person at their company.
4. Substitute Participant If a registered participant is unable to attend the conference, they may send a substitute in their place. The change must be reported no later than 3 business days before the conference via email to event@zenyvletectvi.cz
5. Cancellation of Registration A participant may cancel their registration at any time by sending an email to event@zenyvletectvi.cz. If the registration fee has already been paid, it is non-refundable. A participant may send a substitute in their place.
6. Changes to the Program The organizer reserves the right to change the program, schedule, or speakers. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund of the admission fee.
7. Cancellation of the Conference In the event that the organizer cancels the conference, the admission fee paid will be refunded in full to the account from which the payment was made.
8. Protection of Personal Data As the data controller, the organizer processes participants’ personal data to the extent necessary for concluding and fulfilling the contract for participation in the AFTER TAKE-OFF conference, organizing the event, communication, payment of fees, and compliance with legal obligations. 9. Participant’s Consent By submitting the registration form, the participant confirms that: the information provided is true, they have read these registration terms and conditions, and they agree to their terms.
